At the Body Mind Systems Training Center, students practice many different movements for developing each part of their body. This is important for their health as well as for self defense. Through the practice of certain forms, it is possible to correct many physical problems you may have, or to avoid those that may occur later in life.

Through Body Mind Systems training, students learn to jump, roll, kick, punch, sweep, slide and spin. Students learn short forms, building agility and strength, and preparing the body and mind to learn more advanced main forms.

It does not take a lifetime of practice to develop yourself to a point where you are mentally and physically comfortable, healthy and strong.
